Policy
Indian Rocks employees are required to fulfill the following Employment Qualifications:
Must give a testimony of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be able to substantiate that testimony by evidence of a daily Christian lifestyle.
Indian Rocks Employees are required to attend the Membership Class and join the church by Statement, Baptism or Letter of Transfer (within 90 days of employment).
Employee must be a spiritually mature, growing Christian who is active in their Christian life, and be an active member of FBCIR, as defined below:
Regular attendance in a worship service.
Regular attendance in an Indian Rocks Connection Group.
Serve in at least one other church or school ministry.
Being a good steward, showing consistency and faithfulness in tithing
Human Resources Director will address exceptions to these qualifications at the time of employment.
