Employees desiring to engage in additional employment outside of their full-time position at Indian Rocks should notify in writing, the Human Resources Director of their intent.
The employee must be aware of the need to meet the performance expectations of their full-time ministry position. Additionally, additional employment opportunities should be those that represent characteristic of a Christian Role Model.
Any conflict that affects performance negatively including standards, quality of ministry and availability to meet ministry activity expectation could result in termination
