1. Log in to Paylocity and go to the Self-Service Portal
2. In the “Pay” section, click “More” in the bottom right corner
3. Click on “Deductions”
4. Click “ANNTY”
If ANNTY doesn’t appear, you may be enrolled in the ROTH plan. If you don’t see either one, it could mean you’re not currently contributing to a retirement account. Reach out to Human Resources for details and help with enrollment.
5. Enter the amount you want withheld in the “Rate/Amount” field.
Tip: If you would like to enter a percentage instead of a “Flat Amount”, drop down the “Calculation Code” menu above and choose “Percentage of Gross”
6. Click “Save & Return”
Your 403b annuity change will go into effect on the next pay date.
