Find a Doctor Using UnitedHealthcare’s Website

1. Navigate to https://www.uhc.com/find-a-doctor

2. Click “Search as a guest”

3. Click Medical Directory.

4. Click Employer and Individual Plans.

5. Depending on the network you selected, click “NHP HMO/POS” or “Choice”

6. Click the “Search for providers and services” field.

7. Type “Dr. HERE”

8. Click “Search”
