Policy
Indian Rocks does not offer tenured or guaranteed employment. Indian Rocks or the employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. This is called Employment at Will.


This Employment at Will Relationship exists regardless of any other written statements or policies contained in any handbook, intranet or any other ministry documents or any verbal statement to the contrary.


Progressive Discipline and Employment At Will:
Indian Rocks may elect to follow a progressive discipline process; the ministry is in no way obligated to do so. Using progressive discipline is at the sole discretion of the ministry in an Employment at Will workplace.


Unemployment Participation
Indian Rocks is a non-profit 501C-3 entity and is exempt from participation in the Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA). Indian Rocks does not withhold FUTA exemptions from employees at any time during their employment relationship with the ministry.
